Innovation of methods and forms of teaching the subject of biochemistry

Understanding of changes in the educational needs represent the challenge for creation of new modern textbook and didactic aids. Making of new modern textbooks is based on eduational tools of compulsory subjects such as biochemistry. The text book will increase motivation of students through new methods and educational forms. Students obtain knowledge from the area of general and applied biochemistry by the new textbook of biochemistry. Independence, creativity, flexibility and promoting interest about knowledge are the main goals of the new textbook. The modern textbook of biochemistry contains methodically processed curriculum in accordance with general curriculum and it is a basic didactic resources for developing of learning. Textbooks will be supplemented with the latest science, enriched with pictures attachment, charts and tables. The concept of learning text will be a combination of sample laboratories protocols and practices in practical exercises. Laboratory protocols will include not only the learned material but will continue to complement and expand the substance in the individual chapters. Practical exercises will support the acquisition of practical skills and knowledge and will make it easier to understand the theoretical part of the textbook as well as to control acquired knowledge about control theoretical issues. In the context of the internationalization of the educational process, textbook of biochemistry will be edited in english version. The textbook will provide a streamlined education of internal and foreign students in applied Biochemistry as part of a study program with a natural science focus.
