The process of becoming an entrepreneur in the life of a career starter begins when the idea of starting a business arises. This can also be the result of an external or internal motivational effect. After the idea, the individual evaluates whether the idea of motivation has a relativity, so it is worthwhile to deal with the idea more deeply. In my presentation I analyze the year 2018 in relation to Dunaújváros. My research method: Systematization and analysis of data collected from start-ups. The following topics will be discussed in my presentation: Assessment of consumer needs, availability of resources (real estate, machinery, human resources, money capital), Time requirements. Cost claims. Strategic planning.
